“Workspace of a Zodiac” is a series of staged images that reflect the pop culture fascination with the Zodiac. The series steps away from the more mystical astrological concept to the commercialized version that we see today. Where a Google search of the Zodiac, produces all types of retail merchandise and creations, from clothing, bumper stickers and phone cases to Memes on social media.
The series is produced in a still-life tabletop style that maintains a similarity in composition and lighting but varies in color, textures, and props by what pop culture has associated with each Zodiac Sign.
